We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the VIN Catalog Integrations initiative for a cutting-edge digital automotive solution. This role involves defining and executing a cloud-based integration strategy, overseeing API development, and ensuring accurate, real-time vehicle and parts data integration across eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the long-term strategy and product roadmap for VIN catalog integrations with a focus on scalability, data quality, and seamless cross-platform connectivity.
Act as the end-to-end product leader—from ideation to deployment and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, analysts, and cloud architects to align features with business value.
Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog (PBL), define clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint reviews, etc.).
Lead API lifecycle management, including design, documentation, version control, and testing.
Optimize data flows for performance, security, and compliance using cloud-native services (e.g., Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, GCP Pub/Sub).
Support CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps best practices for continuous, reliable delivery.
Partner with cloud, UX, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and governed enterprise-level integration strategy.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile software development.
Proven expertise in cloud-based integrations, API development, and modern integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Deep understanding of the automotive or trucking industry, particularly VIN structures and cataloging systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical degree in Information Technology, Systems, or Data Analytics.
MBA or advanced business/technical degree.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Spryker).
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
