Key Responsibilities

1. Deep nCino and Salesforce Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with nCino/Salesforce configuration and customization
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
• Deep understanding of nCino data models, workflows, and automation

2. Financial Services Domain Knowledge

• Strong grasp of commercial banking, loan origination, and treasury workflows
• Experience delivering scalable and compliant solutions within regulated environments

3. Solution Architecture & Planning

• Ability to design scalable, secure, end-to-end nCino/Salesforce solutions
• Skilled in creating architecture diagrams, data flow visuals, and risk mitigation plans

4. Integration & Data Management

• Expertise in API integrations and data management
• Proficiency with SQL, SOQL, and data migration strategies

5. Development Leadership

• Guides and mentors development teams
• Conducts code reviews and enforces coding best practices

6. Leadership & Collaboration

• Leads cross-functional teams and communicates with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Builds strong relationships with clients and supports end-user training

7. Certifications (Preferred)

• nCino Admin / Advanced Config
• Salesforce Admin, Platform Dev, or Architect certs

8. Bonus Qualities

• Agile/DevOps experience (CI/CD, versioning, Git)
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
