Required Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) – mandatory.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including large-scale implementations.
- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, preferably ITSM, ITOM, and App Engine.
- Proven experience in architecture and solution design in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and integration tools.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
