Job Description
Role: Lean Data / Salesforce SME
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Interview: Virtual interview to hire (1 round)
 
Need to be LEAN DATA Experience (Ideally certified)
 
Need to be good w/ Hubspot
 
Looking for someone that is highly familiar with sales data specifically surrounding incoming leads and database requests going in and out of salesforce. They need someone to not only be able to create salesforce rules and functions. But also monitor incoming requests and be the first line of defense and approval for requests. There are several workflows and SOPs in place. This person will be monitoring and checking data requests and investigate "things that don't look right" It reports directly into the chief Rev officer. This person will, be their go to person . Understand sales leads and sales team salesforce requests. Salesforce and Hubspot LEAN data expert

Develop and build Salesforce reports to investigative data and process insights for Sales and Marketing teams.
? Assist in the implementation and optimization of Sales and Marketing technologies.
? Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
? Utilize workflow design tools to document and enhance operational processes.
 
Qualifications
 
Soft Skills:
? Adaptable and comfortable navigating evolving priorities and strategies.
? Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
? Eagerness to learn new tasks, strategies, and technologies.
? Willingness to learn cross-functional departments and processes within the Revenue organization.
? Investigative mindset with a natural curiosity to uncover root causes and solutions.
 
Technical Skills:
? Proven experience using Salesforce for Sales/Marketing organizations.
? Demonstrated ability to build Salesforce reports.
? Familiarity with LeanData.
? Experience with LucidChart/Visio or similar workflow design tools.
 
Bonus Points (Nice to Have!)
? LeanData certified.
? Experience in HubSpot for Sales/Marketing organizations.
? Familiarity with Sales/Marketing Go-to-Market (GTM) implementation strategies.
? Understanding of what could make a process more efficient.
? Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
