Position: Functional UKG Dimensions Analyst
Client: Charter Communications
Location: Charlotte, NC

Contract Length: 3-6 month C2H
Top Requirements:
- 2-5 years of UKG Dimensions experience
- Specific module is called Time Keeper
- Configuration experience
- Work will include creating and modifying pay policies (work rules, pay rules, shift zones, etc.), accrual policies and profiles, data views, business structure components
- Troubleshooting experience
- If someone calls and says their hours are not calculating properly

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This team owns UKG Dimensions as their corporate timekeeping application. Lines of business within the company use the application differently depending on their needs - for example, retail store managers utilize it for scheduling and their employees use it for clocking in and out. Corporate employees utilize it for PTO recording and tracking labor hours for capital projects. This functional UKG Dimensions Analyst will join a team of three to assist with the functional aspects of the application including configuration of work rules, pay rules, shift zones/differentials, etc. Some of the work will come in the form of answering tickets and completing necessary changes. Larger initiatives, including regulatory changes or pay practice changes (i.e. changing shift times/durations, etc.) will require meetings to discuss changes with stakeholders, gather requirements, etc. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with UKG Dimensions, be organized, analytical and have excellent communication skills.
