Job Description
Title: Informatica Admin (Backfill)
Location: Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite (flexible), open to relocation
Experience: 3–5 years minimum.
Work Schedule
• 5-6 people on team, new hire joins the on-call rotation every 5–6 weeks (1 full week 24x7 support).
• Holidays are critical—candidate must be available to come onsite within 30 minutes if needed.
Top Skills & Tools
• Informatica Power Center & Data Quality (10.5.3) – core skill required.
• Middleware & Messaging: IBM MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Automation/Infra as Code: Ansible, Terraform, Chef.
• Cloud: AWS (Glue, SQS, general familiarity – BBY is moving toward AWS).
• Scripting (nice-to-have): Python, Shell.
• OS: Linux administration.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication to act as a bridge with support teams, triage issues, and drive solutions.
