Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Guidewire Cloud Engineer with strong experience in PolicyCenter, Integration Gateway, and AWS cloud systems. The role will focus on solutioning, integration buildout, system reliability, and automation in a Surety Insurance domain project.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Guidewire Cloud System and Solution operations.
- Provide expertise in PolicyCenter (Gosu) and Integration Gateway (Java).
- Drive design, solutioning, and integration buildout.
- Implement testing, automation, and scripting for deployments.
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines (BitBucket, TeamCity, GitHub Enterprise, CloudBees).
- Monitor and troubleshoot using Datadog, ELK, ServiceNow.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and availability.
- Manage updates, upgrades, and product releases.
- Collaborate with dev teams for smooth deployment & operations.
- Set up monitoring systems, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure security compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency.
