Lead end-to-end migration of Tableau Server (On-Prem) to Tableau Cloud.

Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and administration of Tableau environments.

Ensure data governance, security, and compliance during migration.

Optimize performance, monitor usage, and troubleshoot Tableau infrastructure issues.

Collaborate with business and technical teams for smooth migration and user adoption.

Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and operational processes.

Provide support for user provisioning, permissions, and content management.

Drive automation of administrative tasks where possible.

12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Tableau administration.

Proven expertise in Tableau Server to Tableau Cloud migration.

Strong knowledge of Tableau administration, security, governance, and performance tuning.

Experience in scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, or Shell).

Hands-on with user/group management, permissions, and content promotion.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
