Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with overall 8+ years of IT experience and strong Telecom domain expertise to join our client project with Tech-M / AT&T in Plano, TX. This is an onsite role with Face-to-Face interview required.

 Interview: Face-to-Face (Virtual Drive planned on Saturday, Aug 23 | 10 AM – 3 PM CST)
 Experience: 8+ Years overall (3+ Years as SDET)

 Technical Skills

• 8+ years overall IT experience with 3+ years as SDET

• Hands-on with automation tools & methodologies

• Strong in functional & non-functional test automation

• Expertise in contract testing, BE/API/microservices testing

• CI/CD pipelines & Jenkins configuration expertise

• Proven experience in Scrum/Agile environments

 Responsibilities

Automation Creation & Maintenance

• Build & maintain automation covering progression & regression across QE stages

Automation Orchestration

• Collaborate across squads to share test assets & reduce redundancy

Execution & Troubleshooting

• Execute QE scenarios per strategy (progression & regression)

• Open, track, retest defects and ensure timely resolution

• Work closely with dev teams to recreate & debug QE-related issues

• Provide demos after each iteration & prepare execution status reports

Triage / Defect Management

• Manage & prioritize defects, facilitate timely fixes or workarounds
