Support D&A leadership in defining and aligning project goals, success measures, and milestone plans

Identify and address program risks, bottlenecks, and blockers to ensure timely execution

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive resolution of issues and remove impediments

Coordinate with PMO, change management, and engagement teams to apply and share best practices

Maintain program documentation including timelines, dependencies, decision logs, and scope changes

Prepare and deliver regular program updates tailored to different stakeholder audiences

Plan and facilitate key routines (e.g., stakeholder forums, leadership meetings, QBRs, all-hands meetings, etc.)

Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress

Develop and maintain organizational documentation including service scope, org charts, roadmaps, and architecture visuals

Work in tools such as Octane and CONFiRM.
