Job Description
Role: SAP EPPM Functional Consultant
Ergon client (Energy)
Location: Remote (Whenever required to travel to the office all expenses bare the client – Flight, accommodation… etc)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of SAP EPPM/PS/PPM functional experience, preferably in energy, utilities, oil & gas, or renewables.
- Strong understanding of project portfolio management for capital and operational projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EPPM, Fiori apps, and resource management.
- Integration knowledge with FI/CO (project costing), MM (materials management), PM (plant maintenance), and HR/SF (workforce planning).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams.
- SAP Certification in EPPM / PS / PPM is highly desirable.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of energy sector project delivery models (EPC, asset lifecycle management, joint ventures).
- Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience in shutdown, turnaround, and outage (STO) projects.
- Exposure to sustainability and renewable energy projects in SAP EPPM.
