Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and support critical, high-visibility initiatives within the Credit & Fraud portfolio. This role requires a motivated professional with strong technical project management expertise and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and support critical, high-visibility initiatives within the Credit & Fraud portfolio. This role requires a motivated professional with strong technical project management expertise and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 4–5 concurrent projects with multiple impacted teams and heavy interdependencies
- Own project timelines, testing plans, and deployment alignment across cross-functional groups
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, Gantt charts, and detailed project plans
- Drive technical projects end-to-end in collaboration with other Project Managers
- Provide clear and confident project updates to senior leadership (VP/GVP level)
Required Qualifications:
- Strong Project/Program Management background in Application Development and IT projects
- Technical project management experience with web services, APIs, and IT systems
- Expertise in dependency tracking, risk vs. issue management, and escalation handling
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheets, and road mapping tools
- Ability to work effectively across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and political acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecom industry experience
