Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to aid in the implementation of Workforce Management (WFM) products within a Human Capital Management (HCM) environment for a large healthcare system. This is a high-visibility role where you will serve as the primary functional lead, under the guidance of the Project Manager to ensure a successful deployment. Communication skills will be paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional implementation of WFM products within the HCM environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders when the Project Manager is unavailable.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on WFM solutions, especially within Lawson environments.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Support scheduling, multitasking, and coordination of project activities.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Workforce Management implementations (Lawson experience strongly preferred).
- Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and functional consulting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules simultaneously.
