Job Title: Sr. GenAI Engineers

Location: Southfield, MI / Princeton, NJ / St. Louis, MO / SFO, Santa Clara, Mountain View CA, Austin, TX and Seattle, WA

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

Design and implement domain-specific AI agents (Planning, Architecture, Test, Security, Cloud, Ops).

Build multi-agent orchestration flows with LangChain/LangGraph/MCP.

Optimize prompt engineering, context windows, and chain-of-thought reasoning for reliability.

Productionize agents with evaluation, safety guardrails, and feedback loops.

Requirements:

Hands-on with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack).

Experience with Hyper-scaler AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, Vertex AI, AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI).

Development experience with Python (Pydantic, FastAPI)

Strong background in RAG pipelines, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.

Experience with Vector Databases and RDBMS

Knowledge of model evaluation, safety tuning, and fine-tuning techniques.

Experience in shipping production-grade AI agents, not just prototypes.

Preferred:

Experience in prompt security (injection prevention, data leakage controls).

Knowledge of model fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
