8+ years of SAP experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA SM implementations.

Deep knowledge of Service Orders, Contracts, Notifications, Repair Orders, Warranty Claims.

Strong understanding of intercompany processes, pricing, and settlement.

Experience with Fiori, CDS views, and standard S/4HANA reporting.

Proven ability to lead client workshops, document solutions, and manage testing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. and occasionally internationally.
