We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect / Lead with 12+ years of IT experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, design, and architecture. The ideal candidate will drive the implementation, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and ITIL best practices.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and governance.
Oversee implementation of core ServiceNow modules:
ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, GRC (as applicable).
Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Define and enforce ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Drive integrations with third-party tools (using REST/SOAP, APIs, MID servers, etc.).
Manage CMDB design, data modeling, and service mapping.
Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, solution designs, runbooks).
Provide post-implementation support and performance optimization.
12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in ServiceNow.
Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect / Lead in enterprise-scale projects.
Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow UI policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs.
Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, OAuth).
Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor teams and interact with senior stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules.
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or Intermediate Certification.
Experience in Agile / DevOps environments.
Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) for integrations is a plus.
