Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with deep expertise in Agile methodologies and tools to support a complex ERP/SAP transformation initiative. This is an onsite role based in Miami, FL, requiring hands-on leadership across multiple SAP workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, Agile coaching experience, and a proven ability to drive delivery excellence in hybrid onsite/offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Agile delivery practices across SAP workstreams to enable predictable sprints and rapid impediment resolution.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners and Leads to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and define acceptance criteria.
- Track and report velocity, burndown, and flow metrics; proactively identify risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align with PMO and Release Management functions.
- Lead retrospectives and ensure actionable follow-through to drive team performance.
- Maintain strong backlog hygiene and support Agile governance across delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (Level 3–5), including 7+ years in ERP/SAP environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira and Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards, queries).
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
- Agile certifications: CSM, PSM, or SAFe (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Deep understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Agile tools.
