Description
We are seeking numerous experienced SAP Functional Analysts to support the sustainment of Navy ERP in Hampton Roads, VA . The ideal candidate will have strong functional Financial Management expertise, Navy system migration experience, and hands-on familiarity with Navy business processes.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Provide functional support to Navy ERP end-users, ensuring successful execution of day-to-day activities post-migration.
- Support system sustainment activities from the migration of legacy General Ledger/feeder systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic planning, proactive task execution, and issue resolution.
- Conduct functional analysis, process improvement, and provide guidance to enhance ERP operations.
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and customer support to increase operational efficiency.
- Perform data reconciliation, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and integrity during migration and ongoing operations.
Requirements:
- Prior Navy ERP experience.
- Demonstrated SAP functional experience with strong Financial Management background.
- Experience supporting Navy system migrations.
- Strong customer service orientation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data Reconciliation/Validation.
- Experience in one or more of the following SAP business processes: Budget to Authorize (B2A), Plan to Perform (P2Pf), Plan to Pay (P2Py), or Post to Report (P2R)
- Experience in one or more of the following SAP modules: Materials Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), Workforce Management (WFM), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), or Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Active or Interim Secret Clearance
