Job Description

We are looking for hands-on and detail-oriented SmartHands Data Center Engineers to support the physical infrastructure of our data center . The primary responsibilities include racking, stacking, cabling, and ongoing hardware support. This role is critical to maintaining uptime and ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of IT equipment.

Installation & Maintenance
• Perform racking and stacking of servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Execute structured cabling (fiber and copper) according to standards and documentation.
• Label, route, and manage cables to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist with hardware replacements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Smart Hands Support
• Provide physical support for remote teams (e.g., rebooting devices, swapping components).
• Escort vendors and ensure compliance with site access protocols.
• Perform visual inspections and report anomalies (e.g., LED status, cable disconnections).
• Support inventory management by logging equipment movements and updates.
