Job Title: Workday Financials Solution Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financial Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Financials. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to architect scalable finance solutions that align with organizational goals.
Required skills: - 7+ years of experience in ERP or Financial Systems architecture.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials (implementation and/or support).
- Proven expertise in at least 3+ Workday Financial modules (e.g., Accounting Center, Financials Core, Procurement, Expenses, Grants, Projects, Customers/Revenue).
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including GAAP.
- Experience designing complex integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, or Core Connectors.
Preferred: - Workday certification in Financials (Core, Procurement, or other modules).
- Experience with data conversion and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., banking, tax, payroll, CRM).
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, education, government, or technology.
Certification: - Any Workday certification is mandatory.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Time Tracking / Absence / Compensation (preferred)
- 3–7+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with a strong focus on Payroll and HCM modules.
- Solid understanding of US payroll processing, tax calculations, compliance, and reporting.
- Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, Business Process Framework, and EIB.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or Cloud Connect is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:
- Mastery of iLoads, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
- Deep knowledge of data load sequences for finance (e.g., chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, assets, open balances).
- Experience with Workday Data Conversion Frameworks and data validation techniques.
- Designing legacy-to-Workday data migration strategy (historical data, balances, suppliers, customers, open items).
- Expertise in cutover planning and dry runs for finance data loads.
- Reconciling migrated data with legacy system balances.
