Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple M&A-related initiatives with a focus on infrastructure and data integration. This role will manage complex, cross-functional projects tied to ongoing merger and acquisition activity, ensuring successful execution across systems, processes, and teams. While the role is not hands-on with technology, the Project Manager must have enough technical depth to understand infrastructure and data impacts, and to confidently challenge or push back on proposed solutions when needed.
Senior Project Manager that has M+A experience from the technical side. Heavy Infrastructure and Data focus, but not hands on with the tech. Need them to understand enough to push back if needed. It is for multiple projects associated with some M+A activity they have over there
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of M&A projects, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure and data integration.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify requirements, risks, and dependencies tied to M&A activity.
- Develop project plans, integration roadmaps, and KPIs to ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Support due diligence and integration activities by gathering data, tracking risks, and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership and stakeholders through status reports, presentations, and risk/impact assessments.
- Serve as a trusted partner who can translate between business and technical teams, ensuring projects stay on track while protecting business priorities.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management related to M&A, corporate development, or infrastructure/data initiatives.

Strong knowledge of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration, and synergy realization.

Demonstrated experience managing projects with a technical lens on infrastructure and data systems.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and push back when solutions do not align with business or technical requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project to develop project plans, reports, and presentations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in technology, consulting, or market research industries is highly desirable.
