🚀 We’re Hiring: Artificial Intelligence Developer (Contract Role) 🚀

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

We are seeking a Machine Learning (ML) Vision Engineer with strong expertise in image processing, computer vision, and AI-driven solutions. This role will focus on developing OCR pipelines and real-time image-based transaction processing systems in a hybrid work environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML-based computer vision solutions (object detection, image classification, OCR pipelines).
- Build production-ready Python applications following OOD principles.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams for scalable integration.
- Optimize models for low-latency, real-time workflows.
- Create thorough documentation, including technical designs, test plans, and best practices.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.

🔹 Minimum Qualifications
- Strong professional experience with Python.
- Solid foundation in OOP, design patterns, and testable architectures.
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV, Pillow, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- OCR tools experience (e.g., Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, or custom models).
- Knowledge of object detection frameworks (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD).
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics for computer vision tasks.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

🔹 Desired Skills
- Strong software engineering mindset with focus on code quality and maintainability.
- Applied experience in OCR, image classification, and detection.
- Excellent communication and ability to bring research into production.
- Bonus: SAP project experience, ITIL/ITSM knowledge.

🔹 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

📍 Engagement Details
- Hybrid role: Remote with occasional onsite presence in Middletown, PA.
- Onsite expected about 3–4 days per month.
- Orientation and equipment pickup required in person.
