Role Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with at least 6 years of experience and strong familiarity with Anaplan to support a high-impact financial planning initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Focus Areas:
- Integrated Financial Planning (IFP): Experience with Anaplan IFP App
- Territory & Quota Planning: Familiarity with Anaplan T&Q App
- P&L Allocation & Forecasting: Customer Lifetime Value modeling and Territory & Quota forecasting
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of total Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on familiarity with Anaplan (IFP and T&Q modules preferred)
- Background in Oracle EPM or SAP Analytics Cloud is a strong plus
- Proven experience in financial planning, modeling, and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of P&L allocation and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work closely with finance, sales, and planning teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights
