We are seeking a talented Go Lang or Java Developer with a minimum 2+ years of experience to join our client's dynamic team.

Golang experience is preferred, but if you're proficient in Java and eager to learn, we train you in Go Lang before deploying you to a client site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang (or Java initially).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• After training (if applicable), deploy to client locations and support ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java; Golang experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (e.g., SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
