Job Description
Role: SAP PLANT MAINTENANCE CONSULTANT
Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite) Locals
Duration: long Term
Only Male consultant
 
Experience Level: 14 Years / 5 Years in USA.
 
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP Plant Maintenance processes: assess current state, identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solution.
  • Responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP PM, from business requirements gathering through conducting business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support.
  • Transform detailed requirements into complete detailed systems design documents and implement in SAP.
  • Master Data: - Functional Location, Equipment Master, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc.
  • Notification Management: Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring.
  • Maintenance Order Management: Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance.
  • Customer Services: Must have experience in after sales service - Notifications, tracking management, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranties, Service quotation, Repair orders, Serial Number Management.
  • Audit PM and PPM maintenance orders for correct data entry, cost settlement, and compliance.
  • Should have worked on Status Management in Notification and Maintenance Order.
  • End-to-end experience handling integration using various middleware with 3rd party system/applications.
  • Prior experience with integrating SAP S4 HANA with CRM applications is preferred.

  • Understand and document business requirements.
  • Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenarios.
  • Lead the users through UAT (user acceptance testing)
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional and project management teams through all phases of the project to provide accurate status and projections.
