The State of South Carolina is looking for a Curam Developer - Consultant.

Reason for position:
New position. The Eligibility and Enrollment Member Management Project is a large initiative with a team comprised of state personnel, industry-focused IT professionals, and experienced consultants.

• One round virtual/online interview
• Withdrawn candidates cannot be replaced
• Sub-vendors allowed (one level deep) via Sub Vendor usage form

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science, or 4+ years of equivalent industry experience
• Curam Certification
• 4+ years of technical experience with Curam framework (must have experience in Curam HCR and CGIS, profiling and troubleshooting Curam Out of the Box and custom code)
• Experience with Curam OOTB modules: Workflow, Tasks, CER rules, Evidence framework (static and dynamic), IEG, Web services, Java/J2EE
• Experience writing complex SQL statements
• Experience on AWS

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and processes
• Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience
