Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with business objectives.

Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and risk management plans.

Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Manage client communication and ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.

Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.

Implement best practices in project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-project evaluations

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 13 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in a Project Manager role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / PMP frameworks).

Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-location, or multi-vendor projects.

Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

High level of accountability and ownership.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
