Java/J2EE Full-Stack Developer
Location: Albany, NY
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Java/J2EE Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade applications. You will work on the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, leveraging a diverse and modern technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design robust application solutions.
Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using J2EE and open-source Java frameworks.
Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration.
Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather requirements, provide technical specifications, and mentor junior developers.
Lead multiple application releases from planning through successful completion, enforcing code standards and best practices.
Design and implement responsive web interfaces, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience (7-10 Years):
Core Java/J2EE: Proven expertise in JSP, Servlets, EJB, JMS, MDB, and JCA.
Java Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Struts, and Hibernate/JPA for transaction management and ORM.
Web Services & Integration: Experience designing and interfacing with SOAP and RESTful web services. Experience with XSLT transformations.
Front-End Development: Solid experience with modern front-end technologies such as Vue JS, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
Oracle Stack (Bonus): Experience with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) for rule writing and integration, or Oracle SOA Suite (OSB, BPEL, Mediator) is a significant plus.
.NET Exposure: Familiarity or experience with Microsoft .Net Core, .Net Core MVC, C#, and Entity Framework is desirable.
Full Lifecycle Involvement: Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, application design, development, and quality assurance.
