Work mode: Hybrid (2-5 days onsite)
Note: This position is 1 year with desire for contractor to eventually convert to fulltime with SOMI. At the time of conversion, candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the State of Michigan.
Required experience:
Minimum 12 years of IT experience.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including matrix management experience leading business, technology, and testing teams
5+ years of experience in scope & requirements management, quality management, and test management approaches and processes
Strong project management skills to help facilitate tasks execution status of each project area; escalate risk areas as needed; coordinate all project activities and provide expertise throughout the design, development, and implementation phases.
Extensive experience with agile and waterfall project management and delivery.
5+ years of hands-on experience with various project management tools, test tracking tools, and change management tools (preferred Azure DevOps).
