Job Description
Job Title: AWS Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Rate: (W2 only – 45-hour work week)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AWS-based solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Pinpoint.
Build and integrate API-based texting, chatbots, and conversational AI solutions.
Develop backend services and workflows leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS.
Use AWS CDK or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure as code.
Ensure solutions follow AWS security, IAM, and VPC best practices.
Integrate AWS services with external APIs and third-party platforms.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting via CloudWatch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and QA to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on AWS development experience.
Strong expertise in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Pinpoint (must have real-world project use cases).
Proficiency in Python and serverless frameworks.
Experience with AWS CDK or CloudFormation for IaC.
Familiarity with IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
Proven ability to integrate AWS services with third-party APIs.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to health and human services, public sector, or customer portal applications.
Experience implementing chatbots, IVR, or omnichannel communication workflows.
