Requires:13+ years of experience
Qualifications Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (implementation or post-production support).
- Strong expertise in at least one core Workday module (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).
- Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, and security administration.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Workday certification(s) in one or more HCM modules.
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
- Prior consulting or HRIS project experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance standards.

- Hands-on experience with Workday tenant management, implementation, or post-production support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Summary:
Requires:12+ years of experience candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Workday Financials functional configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementation projects.Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Workday certification(s) in Financials, Core Financials, or related modules is preferred.
