Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on SolarWinds administration in enterprise or public sector environments.
3+ years deploying and managing LogicMonitor in hybrid or cloud-based infrastructures.
Strong understanding of SNMP, WMI, NetFlow, and database polling.
Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting for automation and integration.
Proficiency with hybrid cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
Familiarity with database monitoring and custom SQL queries.
Understanding of ITIL practices, incident management, and service operations.
