Job Description
We are seeking a Workday Learning Certified Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Workday Learning modules. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders and HR teams to design, configure, and optimize Learning processes within Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and deployment of Workday Learning functionality.
- Work with HR and L&D teams to define business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
- Integrate Learning with other Workday modules (HCM, Talent, Recruiting).
- Create reports and dashboards for Learning analytics.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and user training sessions.
Required Skills & Experience:

Workday Learning certification (mandatory).

3–6 years of Workday functional experience.

Strong understanding of Learning Management processes.

Experience in Workday implementations or tenant configuration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
