Role Summary:
This role is responsible for managing key strategic programs and supporting critical workstreams. The Technical Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive program execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive planning and execution of strategic programs
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep programs on schedule
Communicate status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders
Ensure alignment with business priorities and deliverables
Support additional workstreams as needed to meet organizational needs

Qualifications:
Experience managing technical programs/projects in a cross-functional environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple priorities.
