Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments for enterprise applications.
• Manage and optimize WebLogic domains, clusters, and deployments for high availability and performance.
• Perform SQL Server administration tasks including database maintenance, backups, and performance tuning.
• Administer Linux operating systems, ensuring security, patching, and system monitoring.
• Develop and maintain WLST scripts for automation of WebLogic tasks.
• Write and maintain Bash scripts for system automation and operational efficiency.
• Utilize Python for scripting and integration tasks as needed.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application deployments and upgrades.

Required Skills

• WebLogic Administration: Strong expertise in configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Linux OS Administration: Strong knowledge of shell scripting, system performance, and security.
• SQL Server Administration: Intermediate skills in database management and optimization.
• WLST Scripting: Intermediate proficiency for automating WebLogic tasks.
• Python: Intermediate scripting capability for automation and integration.
• Bash: Strong scripting skills for Linux based automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high availability architectures and clustering.
• Familiarity with middleware performance tuning and JVM optimization.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible) for deployment automation.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
