Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Oracle CX/Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Sales Cloud modules, including Lead & Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management, Territory Management, and Forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure Oracle Sales Cloud modules and support end-to-end implementations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance sales processes and improve CRM usage.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide post-production support.
Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Sales Cloud (B2B/B2C).

Knowledge of Sales automation, territory management, workflows, and reporting.

Understanding of integrations (OIC), data migration, and security setup is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
