Overview
We’re looking for an experienced AWS Security Engineer /Developer with expert-level Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) skills using Terraform. The ideal candidate combines a strong security mindset with automation-driven cloud experience and can design, implement, and maintain secure AWS environments using code-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain secure AWS infrastructure through IaC.
Automate and enforce cloud security controls and configuration standards.
Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to ensure cloud security best practices.
Perform environment hardening, monitoring, and security validation.
Contribute to cloud security documentation, reusable templates, and operational playbooks.
Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in cloud security or cloud engineering roles.
Proven expertise with Terraform and modern IaC practices.
Strong understanding of AWS identity, access, and data protection concepts.
Familiarity with continuous integration and code repository workflows.
Solid grasp of governance, risk, and compliance fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
5+ years in cloud security or cloud engineering roles.
Proven expertise with Terraform and modern IaC practices.
Strong understanding of AWS identity, access, and data protection concepts.
Familiarity with continuous integration and code repository workflows.
Solid grasp of governance, risk, and compliance fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
Cloud security or Terraform certification.
Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale cloud environments.
Background in DevSecOps or automation-driven security operations.
FedRAMP awarness of NIST controls but specific how AWS controls to be deployed via TF
