Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in CPQ / Quote-to-Cash to support product managers, streamline processes, and ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand and document detailed product requirements.
  • Support scoping and estimation of new product and service offerings.
  • Document cross-functional business requirements and create clear, actionable user stories.
  • Define and standardize processes, templates, and playbooks for Product Managers.
  • Drive alignment and consensus on business requirements across cross-functional teams.
  • Capture tactical and strategic product goals with clear traceability across the organization.
  • Identify strategic, core, and support processes spanning functional and organizational boundaries.
  • Define interactions with external entities (customers, suppliers, systems) and outline related resources, controls, and stakeholders.
  • Partner with QA teams to leverage automation tools for regression and quality assurance.
  • Work with business partners and product managers to define and refine UAT test scenarios.
  • Manage UAT planning and execution, coordinating between business testers and IT development teams.
  • Document test results, track issues, and ensure timely closure and sign-off.
 
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
  • Strong experience in CPQ or Quote-to-Cash processes, including process documentation and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in modeling business processes using various tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in the CPQ / Quote-to-Cash domain.
  • Expert-level ability to write user stories and convert business requirements into development-ready artifacts.
  • Strong liaison skills to bridge business needs and technical constraints across teams.
  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA (highly desired).
  • Experience with Salesforce / Steelbrick CPQ (preferred).
  • Strong background in requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, and verification.
  • Ability to identify organizational process gaps, redundancies, and interdependencies.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills suitable for all organizational levels.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise strategy, processes, and enabling technologies.
  • Strong team player with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Suite).
 
Nice to Have
  • PMP or SCRUM certifications (preferred).
