Required Skills & Experience
- 6–12+ years of experience in UKG Workforce products with hands-on architecture and implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of UKG WFC (v6.x / v8.x) and WFM/Dimensions platform capabilities.
Expertise in:
- Pay rules, work rules, job models, scheduling, activities
- Accruals, attestation, FAP/ESP
- WFM Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules (preferred)
- Proficiency in APIs, integrations, SQL, data modeling, and cloud migration concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:

UKG Dimensions or WFC certification(s).

Experience in high-volume, multi-region, or unionized environments.

Prior consulting experience with a UKG partner or system integrator.

Knowledge of payroll systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, etc.
