Role : Oracle SME/ Oracle SCM Functional Consultant
Location: Onsite, Aiken, SC
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of hands-on Oracle R12 experience, especially in INV, WIP, and ASCP modules.
5+ years of support experience in a mature, established Oracle-based manufacturing environment (not implementation/go-live focused).
Strong techno-functional background, capable of troubleshooting both functional and basic technical issues.
Experience supporting plant operations, production processes, and supply chain workflows.
Ability to analyze issues, interpret system behavior, and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to support cross-functional and shop-floor teams.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Oracle Subject Matter Expert (SME) for plant operations.
Provide first-level support for Oracle R12 SCM modules, including Inventory (INV), Work in Process (WIP), and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure system stability and plant uptime.
Collaborate with business users, production teams, and IT stakeholders to interpret requirements and recommend Oracle-driven solutions.
Support and enhance plant workflows, transactional accuracy, and supply chain processes.
Assist in process improvement initiatives that leverage Oracle functionalities to increase efficiency.
Document issues, solutions, and recommended process changes
