Job Description
Job Title:UKG HCM Functional Consultant – Timekeeping & Scheduling(Testing Focus)
Location:Remote

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) with strong focus on Timekeeping & Scheduling.
  • Hands-on experience performing functional testing for UKG modules—creation of test cases, execution, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of work rules, pay rules, schedules, accruals, attendance rules, and related configuration elements.
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM, or Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
  • Ability to analyze labor policies and translate them into system rules.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large-scale or global UKG implementations.
  • Knowledge of integrations between UKG and HR/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • UKG certifications in Timekeeping/Scheduling (preferred but not mandatory).
