Job Description
| Application Support - Provide L2 and L3 support for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 and Oracle Fusion Cloud focusing on Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing and Contracts. Troubleshooting Issue - Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing production support. Customization Reporting - Design, develop, and document customizations using Peopletools. Oversee the development and testing of technical solutions to meet business requirements. Collaboration - Work closely with business users to understand and address system-related issues and ensure alignment with business needs. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and support teams. TCS Point responsibilities - Responsible for supervising the day-to-day work and ensuring a productive and efficient environment. Responsible for overseeing projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, ensuring the work aligns with the overall project scope. Will be the point of contact between on-site employees, contractors, clients, and TCS upper management. |
