Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) with strong focus on Timekeeping & Scheduling.
- Hands-on experience performing functional testing for UKG modules—creation of test cases, execution, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of work rules, pay rules, schedules, accruals, attendance rules, and related configuration elements.
- Experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM, or Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
- Ability to analyze labor policies and translate them into system rules.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale or global UKG implementations.
- Knowledge of integrations between UKG and HR/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- UKG certifications in Timekeeping/Scheduling (preferred but not mandatory).
