Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Appian-based solutions for business workflows and rules engine.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Appian builds.
• Support integration with OCR/ICR and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in CI/CD processes and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in process modeling and optimization.

Required Skills

• Appian Development Experience (primary requirement).
• Strong understanding of process model design and Appian integration.
• Familiarity with OCR/ICR integration.
• Appian certifications preferred.
• Technical background in Java, .NET, or similar programming languages.
• Solid engineering discipline and ability to implement new systems.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience interacting with business teams and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations and integration patterns.
