Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong focus on AR to GL. This role requires hands-on independent production support, including data fixes and minor code changes. The consultant will work closely with client SMEs and Finance business users to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Provide independent production support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules
- Perform data fixes and handle minor code changes as needed
- Analyze and resolve AR to GL production issues with quick turnaround
- Work directly with Finance business users and client SMEs
- Build and support extract queries on standard Oracle tables for cloud migration
- Support month-end close activities
- Assist with interfaces and integrations, including external GL interfaces
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong techno-functional experience (70% Functional / 30% Technical)
- Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Finance, primarily AR to GL
- Strong understanding of:
- AR to XLA to GL data flow
- Custom interfaces for Receipts, Invoices, and Customers
- Lockbox process
- GL interfaces from external sources
- Hands-on experience with Oracle tables and programs related to AR and GL
- Experience using APIs in interface processes
- Exposure to Workflows (WF) and Reports
- Knowledge of standard AR setups (high level)
- Ability to work independently and handle production issues end-to-end

- Experience supporting cloud migration initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
