Job Description
Position:: SAP IBP Developer
Location: Santa Clara, CA / Phoenix, AZ (Remote allowed with time zone alignment)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Developer with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning, hands-on configuration of SAP IBP modules, and strong integration knowledge with S/4HANA and legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions aligned with business requirements
• Work extensively on SAP IBP modules including:
o IBP Response & Supply
o IBP Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
o Optimizer and Heuristic-based planning
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations including:
o Requirement gathering
o Design & development
o Testing & deployment
o Post go-live support
• Integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA and third-party systems using:
o CPI-DS
o SDI
o RTI
o Other integration methodologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize planning processes and data flows
Required Qualifications
• 8–10 years of SAP consulting experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP IBP experience in Supply Chain Planning
• Strong functional configuration and solution design experience in SAP IBP
• Experience working with advanced SAP Planning tools
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes
• Proven experience with at least one full SAP IBP implementation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in large enterprise SAP landscapes
• Experience supporting global or multi-region SAP implementations
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment
