Job Description
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Architect
Location: Hybrid (Columbus, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville)
Experience: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
hitecture and enterprise solution design.
Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Develop using APEX, Lightning, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Architect and manage complex Salesforce integrations.
Design, develop, and support Varicent ICM models and Symon ELT components.
Build and maintain incentive compensation dashboards and reporting.
Implement and manage Copado DevOps processes.
Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices in Agile delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of Salesforce Architecture and Development experience.
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Hands-on APEX and Lightning development.
Experience with Copado DevOps.
Strong experience with Varicent ICM and Symon ELT.
Solid SQL and data modeling skills.
Active Salesforce Certifications (Architect-level preferred)
