Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Developer with deep expertise in Kaseya Mobile Device Management (MDM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade mobile device management solutions. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for architecting scalable MDM environments, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring secure mobile operations across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong development skills with hands-on Kaseya MDM administration and integration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Kaseya MDM solutions across enterprise environments
- Design secure, scalable mobile device lifecycle management strategies
- Develop and automate deployment workflows, configuration profiles, and compliance policies
- Integrate Kaseya MDM with enterprise systems (Azure AD, Active Directory, SSO, HR systems, ITSM platforms)
- Create custom scripts, APIs, and automation tools to enhance device management
- Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and regulatory standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to align mobile strategy with enterprise architecture
- Troubleshoot complex MDM, enrollment, and device compliance issues
- Maintain documentation of architecture, standards, and processes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software development or enterprise systems engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kaseya MDM (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Expertise in iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS device management
- Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, Okta, SSO)
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO, SOC 2)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint security
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (5,000+ devices)
- Familiarity with additional MDM platforms (Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf)
- DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks)
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS)
- Relevant certifications (Kaseya, Microsoft, Security+)
