Role Descriptions:
CCB ExperienceMust have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects. Must have experience with CCB EDI.Test Strategy ExecutionDevelop and implement test strategies| test plans| and test cases applications.Ensure comprehensive functional| integration| regression| performance| and UAT testing.Validate APIs| services| and map layers through manual and automated test cases.Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance.Work closely with developers| business analysts| and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.Defect Management Quality AssuranceIdentify| document| and track defects using JIRA| HP ALM| or similar tools.Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging| ensuring timely resolution.Ensure compliance with QA best practices| testing standards| and utility industry regulations.Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders.Stakeholder Team ManagementLead and mentor a testing team| ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.Coordinate with internal teams| third-party vendors| and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly.Engage in client discussions| requirement analysis| and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met.
Essential Skills: We are seeking a CCB Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for applications| ensuring high-quality deliverables| compliance with industry standards| and smooth execution of test cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong Utility Operations domain expertise| experience in test planning and execution| defect management| and stakeholder coordination. Additionally| exposure to test automation| including Tosca| is preferred.CCB ExperienceMust have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects.
