Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in core HCM modules along with technical capabilities in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Compensation
- Strong understanding of US Oracle Payroll Tax Engine (US OPTE).
- Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancements.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with:
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formula
- Ability to work on reporting, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Good understanding of functional-technical cross-module dependencies.
